Membership in CSUEU is not automatic. Represented employees automatically become fee payers, but to become a member you must fill out and send in a membership form.
CSUEU represents all employees in bargaining units 2, 5, 7, and 9 at the bargaining table and on contract issues. Representation on non-contract issues is available only to CSUEU members. Only current members may vote in CSUEU elections, vote on the contract, and receive member benefits such as discounts.
Ready to join? It's easy! Just download a membership form. Print it, fill it in, and mail it to the address on the form. Your membership will be processed by CSUEU headquarters, and you should see the change on your pay stub within a couple of pay cycles.
